In specific times of the year, QRCS carries out seasonal medical programs, such as Ramadan medical project, in which QRCS medical workers conduct health education lectures and blood sugar and pressure tests for free for the visitors of mosques across the country. Under the supervision of the ​Ministry of Endowment and Islamic Affairs, QRCS sets up a complete medical team to accompany Qatar's Hajj Mission to Mecca, looking after their health and providing medical intervention when necessary.​​​​
