Al-Emadi appointed new CEO for QRCS

H.E. Sheikh Abdullah bin Thamer Al Thani, President of Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS), issued a decision to appoint Faisal Mohamed Al-Emadi as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the organization, succeeding Eng. Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Malki.

Mr. Al-Emadi will continue to act as Acting Executive Director of the International Relief and Development Division.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (1999) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) (2010), and he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree at Mohammed V University in Rabat, Morocco. In 2014, he attended the Government Leaders Program organized by Qatar Leadership Center (QLC).

Professionally, he has a 22-year career in diverse positions and employers, notably the former Ministry of Civil Service and Housing Affairs, the former Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Administrative Development, the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy, and Silatech.​

In 2020, Mr. Al-Emadi joined QRCS as Executive Director of Relief and International Development Division.​
